Group Head of Operations

As the Group Head of Operations at Heureka Group, your mission will be pivotal in ensuring our users receive top-notch, current and accurate information on our platform and seamless customer support, all while leveraging the potential of AI tools and streamlining processes across our organization. From overseeing day-to-day operations to leading strategic initiatives, your role will be crucial in maintaining our platform's reliability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Managing three direct reports - Alex - Group Head of Content, Jakub - Head of CS for CZ, Samira - Head of CS for HU/RO/BG countries
Managing and overseeing the content team. (Content is one of our biggest teams in HeurekaGroup, making sure that customers can find the right products in the right categories with the correct parameters, pictures and descriptions of our products. Basically helping the customers to have the best shopping experience).
Managing the growing customer success team, focusing on B2B partners and upping our game against our main competitors.
Continuously improving B2C customer support - growing Heureka Marketplace means also growth in the amount of customer interactions.
Utilizing the emerging technologies (GenAI and Machine Learning) for better effectiveness and quality of the content.
Managing financial resources efficiently, including budget planning and oversight.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration with other members of top management to drive business outcomes.
Managing international operations, being part of the Group Management team and appreciating regional nuances in the e-commerce landscape.

What are we expecting from you:

Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (e-commerce industry as advantage but not a necessity).
Experience in people leadership with the track record of managing a big team.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Passion about new technologies and their implementation into operations processes.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach and global perspective.
Experience in managing international teams and working in an international environment.
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
