Are you interested in leading an international team of sales people and supporting Heureka Group to become the biggest cross-border marketplace in the CEE region?

If your answer is yes, we may have the perfect job for you! We are looking for the new Team Leader for Web analysis. Our business is connected with websites and mobile apps but there isn't a leader who will create a strategy for web/app measurement. There is a huge challenge in front of us this and next year (implementation of Google Analytics 4) but there isn't a person who is in detail on this topic. We need to create a strong web inhouse analytical team.

We are Heureka! Group, the largest price comparator and shopping advisor in Europe. We help millions of users shop online conveniently, quickly and easily. We connect our business partners with customers not only in Hungary and the Czech Republic but also in many other countries in the Adriatic area.

What you will do

In this role, the main purpose of your work will be to implement Google Analytics 4 in the whole Heureka Group and create a strong inhouse analytical team.

As our new TL for Web analysis your responsibilities will be:

Create strategy and concept of the measurement in Google analytics
Management of the web analytical team
Monitor news in Google analytics and implement them into our measurement concept
Communication (regular meetings) with other departments about their needs and requirements around measurement
Assigning task connected to web/app measurement among team members (internal/external)
Leading project of new measurement Google analytics 4 implementation

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of:
- Google analytics implementation,
- Google Tag Manager,
- Javascript, BigQuery and also good knowledge of SQL, HTML,
Basic knowledge of:
- SEO
- Digital marketing
Leadership and communication skills
Project management experience
